Westbourne Capital Partners adds Zack Audy

CHICAGO, Illinois – Westbourne Capital Partners, a Chicago-based private investment firm, has announced that Zack Audy joined the firm as an Associate. Zack will leverage nearly five years of M&A, debt advisory and commercial lending experience to support Westbourne Capital Partners in our partnership with our existing investments as well as continue growing Westbourne Capital Partners’ family office oriented direct investing efforts. Zack will be based in Chicago, Illinois.


Prior to joining Westbourne Capital Partners, Zack was an Associate within BMO Harris Bank's Corporate Advisory group, where he advised founders, owners, and management teams of middle-market businesses on mergers & acquisitions, ownership transitions, and general corporate finance. Zack held prior roles in business development and underwriting within BMO’s commercial bank.


Zack graduated from the University of Iowa's Tippie College of Business with a BBA in Finance and a certificate in Entrepreneurial Management. Zack is a 2022 Level III CFA Candidate. He serves as Treasurer of the Auxiliary Board of Chicago Youth Centers.
