Rob brings nearly twenty years of middle-market investing and mergers & acquisitions experience to Westbourne Capital Partners, where his focus is on working directly with management teams, business owners and investors to develop platforms focused on long-term shareholder value creation. Rob co-founded Westbourne to offer outsourced direct investing services to family offices.

Prior to joining Westbourne, Rob was a Managing Director and Head of Principal Investing for Avondale Strategic Partners, a consulting firm based in Chicago.  Prior to Avondale, Rob was the CEO and Co-Head of Mergers & Acquisitions of Crowe Capital Markets, a boutique middle market investment bank where he advised on dozens of transactions, with a particular focus on family held enterprises.

Rob earned an MBA with distinction from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BS in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign.  He serves on the Executive Board of the Charles Tillman Cornerstone Foundation.
