Zack brings seven years of middle market debt and M&A advisory experience to Westbourne Capital Partners, where he focuses on working directly with management teams, business owners and investors to complete M&A transactions.

 

Prior to joining Westbourne Capital Partners, Zack was an Associate within BMO Harris Bank's Corporate Advisory group, where he advised the founders, owners and management teams of middle-market businesses on mergers & acquisitions, ownership transitions, and general corporate finance.

 

Zack received a BBA in Finance from the University of Iowa's Tippie College of Business and is an MBA Candidate at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Zack is a CFA® charterholder and serves as Treasurer of the Auxiliary Board of Chicago Youth Centers.

 

Zack resides in the Chicagoland area with his wife.
